David Houle
CHIEF BUSINESS STRATEGIST
David Houle, a business and marketing mastermind in the media industry, joined the Blueliner team in September 2004. As chief Business Strategist, David gets involved in high-level client engagements to direct strategic planning as well as integration of traditional and new media. His vast experience as a founding member of MTV, Nickelodeon and VH1, is a significant asset for Blueliner clients. With more than 25 years of experience, David has impacted the media industry with award winning television programming and business strategies.
David created two series on A&E for his clients Kurtis Productions and Towers Productions. “Investigative Reports” (KP) and “American Justice” (TP) have been on for more than 10 years and have won ACE and Emmy awards. As co-executive producer, he produced “Energy Express” a nationally syndicated children’s series that won him two Emmys and an Iris. Houle’s “Hank Aaron: Chasing the Dream” won the George Foster Peabody Award, the Heartland Award, and was nominated for an Emmy and an Academy Award.
Houle’s alignment with Blueliner solidifies his commitment to working with innovative, emerging growth firms, collaborating as a visionary and hands-on strategy consultant.
Arman Rousta
PRINCIPAL
As Co-Founder and Principal of Blueliner, Arman is responsible for strategic planning and overall project management. He is also the President and Founder of 401kid Inc. and has over ten years of entrepreneurial experience in technology companies.
Arman’s broad business and marketing background, primarily with start-ups, has led to noteworthy press in Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Time Magazine, Popular Science, Barron’s, Inc Magazine, American Banker, and American Baby.
Prior to founding 401kid, Arman spent five years as Co-Founder and COO of Exeter Technologies, a New York-based automotive electronics firm. Arman was a contributing inventor to several Exeter products and guided the launch of the popular Park-Zone® in 1998, by devising the marketing strategy, training an international sales force, and managing product distribution. Arman’s sales force was responsible for $7.5 million in sales over a two-year period. Park-Zone was sold in 1999 to publicly-held manufacturing company, Measurement Specialties, Inc.
Arman holds degrees in Economics- Political Science and Psychology from Columbia University.
Dali Sing
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Dali is the glue of the Blueliner team, bringing nearly ten years of marketing experience and impeccable client relationship skills to the table. She is responsible for the development and implementation of Blueliner’s marketing initiatives, including client acquisition strategies, public relations campaigns, corporate branding, event marketing programs, training and sales management, and Internet marketing strategies.
She has spent a good deal of time developing relationships with editors, staff writers, producers and other key decision-makers at major media outlets on local, regional and national levels. Dali currently handles all aspects of marketing strategy for several Blueliner clients, including SogoInvest, Urban Prestige, 401kid, Garden City Group, Blue Rockefeller and many more, in addition to in-house marketing.
Top PR results, such as Forbes, American Baby, Barron’s, Inc. Magazine, CNNfn, MarketWatch, Broker, as well as national speaking engagements with organizations such as NAPFA, have been the direct result of Dali’s success with media relations.
